We have chosen to support WEB as we think it is important that everyone (all generations) has ‘a safe place that they can go to’. A place where they will be listened to, respected, and learn to grow as a person and to make friends along the way.

I had dips where I would feel low and depressed and I didn't know how to get myself out of it. When I reached out and came to Men TOO for help, I found a low of self-awareness and ways to cope with my past and present problems. Coming to the Mind Maintenance group each week gives me the opportunity to open up about my feelings and be understood and accepted. I use my tools each week to handle any low moods and I always feel better after attending the group.

I am a fairly new user/member of WEB and have accessed both counselling and also attend the Tuesday Wildflower ladies group - both of these services have helped me a great deal recently. I would just like to say what a fantastic job Sadie, Lisa and Sarah do - the sessions they organise have been of great benefit to me and I think they often know better than me when I'm having a bad day/struggling and are always on hand with a listening ear, support, and advice.
