Women's Services

The Harmony Hub

(The Trauma Recovery Community Hub)
A safe and supportive space for women experiencing challenges with their mental health and wellbeing, including stress, isolation, hopelessness, bereavement, loss, and trauma. Through a range of creative, therapeutic, and wellbeing-focused activities—including arts, sand play, music, poetry, meditation, and reflective practice—we provide opportunities for connection, self-discovery, healing, and personal growth in a compassionate, person-centred environment.
Our focus is on healing the impact of trauma rather than revisiting traumatic experiences. The hub is open to women who have experienced domestic Abuse, stress, experiencing low confidence and/or self esteem, bereavement and loss this could be through live experience of violence, crime, suicide, family separation, care experiences, or the imprisonment of loved ones.
We recognise that trauma can have a profound impact on individuals, families, and communities. Every healing journey is unique, and support is offered at a pace that feels right for each person.
Activities are facilitated by experienced practitioners and trauma-informed professionals, with specialist support available where appropriate.

Our Sunshine Prescriptions and ‘Soul Food’ projects mean all activities are designed to give people a boost to their confidence and overall emotional well-being. Activities can include anything from arts and crafts, to a trip out to the cinema, to aromatherapy massage.
